METHODOLOGY
The predominant methodology of the course is characterized by the vision, by the trainee, of the themes of the course, according to their own pace and availability, in conjunction with the realization of modular tests.
The course is organized on a model centered on the content and resources available as a source of learning, adjusted to the development of an individual path.
The content is being shared with the trainee in an expository and interrogative form, in order to prove the acquisition of the transmitted contents.
All information related to the course can be found in its structure. The trainee can only advance in the course if the associated content is previously explored, but can always visit the previous content.
For the development of the course, the trainee has the support of the Technical-Pedagogical Team to clarify questions (maximum response time 48 hours).
EVALUATION
The learning assessment methodology to be applied in this course will be carried out in two phases, namely through continuous assessment (formative) and final assessment (summative).
The continuous (formative) assessment will be carried out at the end of each module, after exploring the interactive content, presenting itself in each of the three modules in a different way.
The implementation will be based on the analysis technique of case studies for subsequent application in concrete situations and the answer to multiple choice, true or false and association questions, being in harmony with the specific objectives outlined for each of the modules. of the course.
Summative Assessment, carried out through a final assessment test (50%) and a final work (50%). This assessment is intended to verify that the expected results have been achieved by the trainee.
It is due to the analysis of these different elements that a final classification of the course will result, according to the numerical rating scale from 1 to 5 with the following correspondence in qualitative terms:
- Level 1 – Very Insufficient
- Level 2 – Insufficient
- Level 3 – Sufficient
- Level 4 – Good
- Level 5 – Very Good
The trainee’s approval at the end of the course will be determined by the following criteria:
- A trainee is considered to have passed the course – apt – when his final classification is equal to or higher than level 3, corresponding in qualitative terms to “Sufficient”.
- A trainee is considered to have failed the course – not suitable – when his / her final classification is equal to or less than level 2, corresponding in qualitative terms to “Insufficient”.
At the end of the course, if approved, the trainee is entitled to receive a Professional Training Certificate.
