INITIAL PEDAGOGICAL FORMATION OF TRAINERS

MODALITY B-LEARNING
ADDRESSEES
All individuals motivated to develop the skills and knowledge inherent to the role of Adult Trainer.
Each group will consist of a minimum number of 12 trainees (volume determined by the IEFP). The maximum number of participants will be of 18 trainees, for which it is necessary to add two hours, in the total course hours (90 hours), for each “extra” trainee (example: for a group of 14 trainees the course load will pass of 90 hours for 94 hours).
According to the legislation in force, a minimum compulsory schooling is determined: 9º year of schooling.
Trainees must have mastery, from the user’s perspective, of Microsoft Office and Internet Explorer or another browser.

At the end of the Course the trainees should be able to:
Evaluate the profile of the trainer in relation to the general context of Vocational Training in Portugal:
- To characterize the contexts / systems of Vocational Training in Portugal;
- Distinguish the competences required of the trainer depending on the systems in which he participates.
Prepare, streamline and evaluate training units:
- Plan training units based on the guidelines and procedures of the training plan – management tool of an organization;
- To adequately formulate the pedagogical objectives that will guide the formative activity;
- Design and apply an appropriate methodology to the objectives, the target audiences and the training context;
- To develop a learning assessment device useful to its pedagogical practice and as an integral part of an interactive training evaluation system;
- Use and appropriately design didactic and multimedia resources in training, in diverse supports according to the pedagogical strategy adopted;
- Adapt the learning process to the specificity of the adult individual;
- Develop an effective and productive pedagogical relationship according to the training group.
Reflect on training systems:
- Develop a constructive analysis that can contribute to the improvement of training systems, at the technical-pedagogical and / or organizational level.
The programmatic contents of the B-Training, Consulting Initial Pedagogical Training Course will be organized by modules, according to a sequential development.

EVALUATION
The weight of each one of the presented elements is different for the determination of the final evaluation of the trainees. Therefore, the determination of the final evaluation of the trainees is based on the following percentages:- Diagnostic Evaluation:10%

B-Training, Consulting is an entity certified by DGERT and with the Initial Pedagogical Training Course of Trainers recognized by the IEFP in face-to-face and B-Learning modalities.
Thus, at the end of the course the trainees will be entitled to a certificate issued in the SIGO Platform, as well as access to the Passport Qualifies.

METHODOLOGY
In view of the quality of the training, it will be developed with an essentially practical component adapted to the group in training, giving future trainers an opportunity to experience a series of mobilized situations. They will thus be prepared to take on future tasks as trainers-animators and trainers-consultants.
