Main goal:
This course aims to promote the acquisition, updating and improvement of skills, transferable to training practice. These competences are in terms of training animation and in the design, development and evaluation of training sessions.

METHODOLOGICAL STRATEGY
The course will take place in an e-learning environment, through the B-Training Academy learning platform, which is accessible at: https://b-trainingacademy.pt/
Throughout the course, two synchronous sessions will be held, in which you will be simultaneously online with the tutor. These sessions are duly scheduled according to your availability and will be held in the meeting room. The first synchronous session will be held on the first day of the training, with the date and time scheduled at the time of registration. In addition to these sessions, the course is characterized by the viewing of the course themes, according to its own pace and availability, in conjunction with the application and systematization exercises.
The course is organized on a model centered on the content and resources available as a source of learning, adjusted to the development of an individual path.
An active relationship between the content and the learner is ensured, requiring interactivity between both at different times. The content is being shared in an expository, interrogative and active form.
All information related to the course can be found in its structure. In fact, throughout the course, there will be several moments in which you will be led to explore in detail the content that is being shared. This aspect has the particularity of not being able to advance in the course, without the associated content being previously explored.
For the development of the course, it will have the support of the Technical-Pedagogical Team to clarify questions (maximum response time 48 hours).
CONTENT DISTRIBUTION CHANNELS
The content distribution channels for the development of the course that the trainee has available take the form of a manual related to the course and exercises of application / systematization on the theme, throughout the course.
The information related to the course is found in the course structure, so it is also a support for learning, as it is stored in its history and can be reviewed whenever you want.
PEDAGOGICAL TUTORING STRATEGY
There is a monitoring of the training path by the Technical-Pedagogical Team, being always available for technical support to the course and for clarification of questions. There is a messaging system on the Platform that you can use for direct contact.
EVALUATION AND CERTIFICATION METHODOLOGY
The learning assessment methodology to be applied in this course, will be based on a Formative Assessment, realized through the performance of the different activities foreseen in each of the modules that make up the Course. This assessment is intended to verify that the expected results have been achieved.

Thus, at the end of the course the trainees will be entitled to a certificate issued in the SIGO Platform, as well as access to the Passport Qualifies.
